GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The website www.tabletop-world.com is operated by Tabletop d.o.o. (hereinafter: the Seller) and used to provide the service of selling its products online. The Seller regulates the business relationship between the Seller and the Buyer in these General Terms and Conditions and regulates the process of ordering, contracting, delivery, payment and reclamation of its products offered on the website tabletop-world.com.
The General Terms and Conditions have been drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, in the part that regulates the issue of distance contracts, the Electronic Commerce Act and the Civil Obligations Act.
Seller has the right to repeal or amend any of the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions at any time and therefore advises users to read the applicable General Terms and Conditions when visiting the site in order to be informed of changes.
The user can be a customer, with or without registration, who accesses the site to make a purchase, or just a visitor who accesses the site to find out about the products.
To complete the purchase buyer has to confirm that he has read and understood the General Terms and Conditions and that he accepts them. Shopping is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
MAIN PRODUCT FEATURES
The customer gets acquainted with the main features of the product on the website www.tabletop-world.com where the product image is accompanied by a detailed description and instructions on how to use it.
BUYER
The Buyer is any natural or legal person who, with or without registration on the website www.tabletop-world.com orders any of the offered products, and whose order is accepted by the Seller in the manner specified in these General Terms.
ORDERING
Following the instructions on the page, the customer selects items from the product list and completes the purchase process in a few steps with a confirmation of completion of the purchase.
As a pre-contractual notice, these General Terms and Conditions together with the product information on the Seller’s website represent the Seller’s offer to enter into a contract. By concluding the order, the customer confirms that he has understood and accepts them.
After submitting the order, the Seller notifies the buyer by e-mail that his order has been received and it is considered that at that time a contract of sale has been concluded.
When the ordered product is ready for delivery, the customer will receive information on the planned delivery time of the product.
PAYMENTS
Payment for the product can be made in one of the following ways:

SHIPPING
After receiving the order and payment, the Seller will ship the package as soon as possible. Depending on the number of orders that need to be processed and the availability of stock, it normally takes about 2-12 business days for an order to be ready for shipment. In exceptional circumstances of a significantly increased number of orders or other justifiable reasons for delayed shipment, customers will be notified in a timely manner.
The Seller delivers its products to customers around the world. Ordered products are packed carefully to avoid damage caused by the usual manipulation in transport. The risk of accidental damage to the goods passes to the buyer when the goods are handed over to him or to the person he named. The Seller is liable for material defects of the products that they had at the time of the transfer of risk to the buyer in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act.

The seller will respond in writing to the consumer’s complaint within 3 days of receiving the complaint. In case of a justified complaint, it is possible to terminate the contract with a refund, discount or replacement of the product.
PRICES
Prices on the website are expressed in foreign currency (EUR and USD) and do not include VAT or delivery price. When contracting the purchase of products, the payment currency is EUR or USD or HRK for customers from Croatia. The final price for the ordered goods is determined by adding the cost of delivery, and for buyers from the EU and Croatia, the amount of VAT on the total amount of the order.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping / postage costs are automatically calculated in the ordering process after the customer enters the destination country data after selecting the product.
ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR THE CUSTOMER
Goods shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties (taxes, customs) prescribed in the countries of destination. The costs of import customs clearance shall be borne by the consignee. Cross-border buyers are advised to contact the customs authorities of their country to get information about possible import costs.
THE RIGHT TO UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer, if a natural person, has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract of sale without stating the reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product. In order to exercise the right to such termination of the contract, the Buyer is obliged to notify the Seller in writing of his intention before the expiration of 14 days. The buyer can terminate the contract unilaterally using the standard form for unilateral termination of the contract (you can download it here) or through an unequivocal statement expressing his will to terminate the contract and stating his name, address, telephone number or e-mail address.

In the event of termination of the contract, each party is obliged to return to the other what it received under the contract. The seller will refund the amount paid after the goods are returned to him, using the same means and method of payment used by the buyer, unless the buyer expressly agrees to another means of payment. The Buyer must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after notifying the Seller of his decision to terminate the contract, and bear the costs of returning the goods. The buyer is obliged to return the goods in the same condition in which he received them.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For everything that is not regulated by these General Terms and Conditions, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Consumer Protection Act, the Civil Obligations Act and other legal regulations governing certain issues in this area apply.
